The fees apply to each application for accreditation submitted by the CAB, for each CAB type and for each stage of the accreditation process, using the following types
1. Accreditation fee Detailed for each stages of the accreditation process for Management system/Product Certification/Inspection body.
2. Surveillance fee
3. Re accreditation fee (accreditation renewal)
4. Fee for scope extension
Application Fee
Document review & Assessment fee at the time of accreditation 450 + Sc X 𝑚
Document review & Assessment fee at the time of surveillance 100 + Sc X 𝑚
Document review & Assessment fee at the time of extension of scope 75 + Sc X 𝑚
Document review & Assessment fee at the time of re accreditation 300 + Sc X 𝑚
Sc - Represents the number of scopes within each management system, m – Represents the number of management systems (minimum two management systems)
The travel expenses of the assessment team would be bear by CAB. The fee for review and decision applies in euro only. The file review and the decision is only to the Accreditation Council.
